We play bottom-dwellers Klubi04 today; however, we are not expecting an easy task. Klubi04, the reserve side for Veikkausliiga team HJK, has struggled this season, gaining only 6 points thus far. However, despite their lack of success they are an extremely talented and quick bunch.
The team is comprised mainly of promising 17, 18, and 19 year olds along a few fringe players from HJK. Quick and very skilled on the ball, they do pose a threat. In fact, of all the teams we have played, they probably play the most attractive brand of football. However, their lack of experience has killed them in a number of games. They have only lost 2 games by more then 1 goal, with several of those goals coming at the end of the match. They will no doubt try to kickstart their season today, and there would be no better time to do it then against the joint first place team, RoPS.
We are on a 6 game winning streak, and although we hardly played our best last week against Hameenlinna, we are playing extremely well overall. Drogba is on a 7 game scoring streak and will look to continue that run. We have also kept 2 clean sheets in a row, and although Chilufya will again be missing due to injury, I think we have a strong chance of getting a 3rd in a row. Chileshi Chibwe will also be missing today, due to yellow card accumulation.
It should definitely be an attractive game for all involved. Both sides like to keep the ball on the ground and both have good team speed. However, with our experience and our current stretch of form, I cannot see us dropping any points here. I'm expecting a 2-0 win. Enjoy for all those that will be attending!
